Amorphophallus titanum

The Amorphophallus titanum produces one of the largest flowering structures and one of the foulest odours in the plant kingdom. With its huge flowering structure rising up to three meters above the ground, and its single immense leaf, it certainly is a giant among plants, as its name suggestshttp://1.bp.blogspot.com/-RZ1V_f-LRqM/Tg_vf7NrvtI/AAAAAAAAA10/WsxCdfnvkzg/s1600/Titan-arum1web.jpg.

Amorphophallus titanum, is an endemic plant in Indonesia from Sumatra, Indonesia. The flowers have a stinky smell that is useful to invite beetles and flies that helps in spreading pollen. Many people often mistakenly think and could not distinguish a corpse flower with "Rafflesia arnoldii" probably because people already know that the largest flower Rafflesia and then became commonplace with the corpse flower size is too large. The Amorphophallus titanum is used for ornamental displays and can be an immensely popular visitor attraction. This is an origin flower from Indonesia which is protected and also can be attraction destination for tourists.
